STORAGE TANK DATA
Efficient Shipping Preparation for Edible Oil Storage Terminals
- A total of 31 Nos of tanks are available with different storage capacities ranging from approx. 510 KL to 2100 KL such as 510KL/1000KL/ 1500KL/ 2100KL, Total Capacity – 48450 KLS.
- 12 Tanks to be constructed with a capacity of 19855 Kls
- 12” MS Offshore pipeline connectivity from Kandla port Liquid jetty to our terminal with capacity to discharge 400 to 500 CBM/Hour.

ROAD TANKER FILLING FACILITIES
- Dedicated loading/unloading facilities for each tank are provided with individual pipelines ensuring zero risk of cargo migration and contamination. Cargo discharge/delivery is monitored and recorded.
- Dedicated Pump House & Dedicated Road tanker filling stations are available.
- 8 Road Tankers can be loaded simultaneously in one hour with a loading pumping capacity of 120 CBM/Hour.
- Multiple Grades of Vegetable oil can be loaded simultaneously.
RADAR GAUGING FACILITY
- All cargo stocks in the tanks are continuously monitored and recorded on an hourly basis using the advanced Raptor gauging system. The latest software and networking technology ensure accurate data collection and reports are generated and sent via email.
- Our Complete Automated Cargo Documentation Unit (CDU) eliminates the need for manual intervention, ensuring seamless and accurate stock updates.
FIRE FIGHTING
- 23 Nos of Fire Extinguishers (Type of Extinguisher – ABC/CO2/DCP) at various locations in the terminal.
SECURITY
- 224×7 vigilance by trained security guards.
- High-end security comprising High-resolution CCTV to cover the entire Terminal.
- Dedicated cameras to monitor the entry and exit of Tankers and visitors.
- Dedicated high resolution 44 cameras mounted at 30 mtrs height to monitor every activity in the Terminal.
- Mounted cameras on boundary walls to monitor any movement.
